What we collect

If you submit the enquiry form on this site we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, and — where you provide them — your company, project type, budget range, timeline, and your description of the project. Nothing else is collected through the form.

Why we hold it

We use those details for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and, if it becomes a project, to carry out the work. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking.

Analytics

This site uses Vercel Speed Insights to measure page performance. It records timing data about page loads and does not use cookies or build a profile of you.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted once the conversation has clearly ended. Records relating to work we carried out are kept for as long as we are required to keep them for contractual and tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to hello@codart.in and we will action it.
